Our innovative approach is the result of the experiences of our founder, Katy Thomas Young, who successfully worked both inside marketing firms and as a top-producing sales professional.

She witnessed it again and again – advertising and social media engagement piqued consumer interest. It was only when the sales force was also engaged that consumer interest was converted into measurable sales and results.

Her belief in teaming a company’s “Inside Voice” with their “Outside Voice” to generate sales gave her the courage to start Bloom Consulting. And, time after time, client after client, we consistently deliver exponential and sustainable returns.

Nicole has built, grown, and run multi 6-7 figure businesses, including exits from three as a founder. Her extensive background and xperience has led her to help small and mid-size businesses and startups build the processes and strategies to thrive. Having guided the development for hundreds of advertising and design campaigns, Mike measures success not in awards but in results. An outstanding conceptual thinker, a brilliant strategist and a natural ringleader, he inspires creative teams to dream up ideas that are both irresistible and on-strategy. Mike has overseen advertising and marketing campaigns for a wide variety of national and regional clients and brings that same expertise to every project. From ideation to final production, he plays a key role in every phase of a creative project. Mike holds a B.S. in Fine Arts from Murray State University, and his work has been recognized in the Print Regional Design Annual and the Telly, Addy and AIGA Awards.

David is a creative professional with over 20 years of experience in agency, in-house, and contract consulting. His passion lies in developing and shaping
brands. Early in his career, he joined a creative team focused on brand development, and since then, he has helped numerous companies build
their businesses around strong, effective branding. At the core of his expertise is creative expression. As a hands-on creative, he is fully capable of
developing designs from concept to execution. His skills include web development, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and 3D modeling, enabling
him to bridge the gap between creativity and the technical aspects of modern marketing and advertising. From email campaigns and high-performing app
sites to launching companies from the ground up, he is passionate about bringing ideas to life.

Kaitlyn brings six years of experience in the digital marketing space, her most recent position being a Digital Ad Operations Specialist in the job recruitment industry. Her expertise spans a wide range of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kaitlyn is a passionate Louisville native and co-host of the Butchertown Rundown podcast, dedicated to celebrating the city’s professional women’s soccer team. When not immersed in the world of digital marketing, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops and discovering new music. With a strong foundation in both digital advertising and content creation, Kaitlyn hopes to bring a unique perspective to optimizing online marketing strategies at Bloom.

Ciera’s love of organization and planning has followed her for as long as she can remember, and always carries over into her work. Working for the YMCA and GE, it gave her the opportunity to develop, plan, implement and promote programs for members and the community. Through this avenue, it piqued her interest in coordinating events of many types. Ciera has the qualities of a successful event coordinator through ingenuity in identifying and solving problems, organizational skills, effective time management, effectively communicating with a multidisciplinary team, ability to multi-task and responsiveness to her clients. She looks forward to the planning and effort it will take to make your event successful and memorable.

Jocelyn’s expertise spans across many different areas. As a Strategic Media Buyer/Planner for 6 years, Jocelyn has worked on every possible outlet you can think of. From digital to traditional, to PR to organic; Jocelyn has the knowledge to understand a business’s needs and be able to sit down and plot out a solution. Although Jocelyn’s passion is talking to clients to come up with a plan, she is not afraid to get her hands dirty to get into any platform and place any ad! With Jocelyn having been in the industry for as long as she has, she has been able to work on almost every type of client imaginable: healthcare, mental health, pharma, insurance, post-secondary education, liquor, retail, restaurant, agriculture equipment and much more as this was just her list of clients this year!

As a skilled expert in search engine ranking, online content strategy and plan development, organic growth, technology and system integration for operational efficiencies, David is an end to end global digital marketing powerhouse. David loves what he does and has been doing it for over 20 year. He is on a mission to provide deep expertise in digital channels that are extremely complex and changing daily to unlock full-funnel growth.

Wayne, brings over 6 years of professional experience, mastering the art of cinematography, filmmaking, storytelling, video and photography, and video and photography editing. His academic journey in filmmaking culminated with a degree from Clemson University. His videography and photography skills are unparalleled, capturing moments and emotions in a way that leaves you breathless. What truly sets Wayne apart, however, is his deep understanding of what it takes to turn a client’s vision into reality. He doesn’t just capture moments; he creates experiences that resonate with the audience, leaving a lasting impression. So, whether it’s a heartwarming story, a corporate video, or a breathtaking photograph, you can trust Wayne to deliver excellence every single time.
